Look, let’s toss aside for a moment the dictionary references - those are the ones that **would** offer the “politically correct” usage. Dictionary content is partially determined by popular usage, anyway. But you’re right - the ones you’re citing are U.K.-centric. That must be, therefore, U.K.'s style. This does NOT mean it’s a politically correct usage. This means it’s the style in the United Kingdom. ---

Gosh, so it does. I guess they had to cater for dimwits. Anyway, **Eidolon909** , though the word has a meaning, I could argue similarly that “nigger” does too. It’s just that both terms are currently offensive. I’d prefer it if you didn’t refer to my cousin as “mongoloid”. Thanks. ---
