Who’s doing the setting up? Set-ups I’ve walked into by friends are typically what someone above wrote - I get to some strange place to find them and a woman I “have tons in common with!” - i.e. we’re both single. :rolleyes:
Someone on Craigslist wanting to me somewhere dubious? Um, no. Pretty much any stranger asking me to go somewhere - nope. In my 20s I saw an amazing number of people wander off to an alley with someone they don’t know for some suspect activity - always a :smack: moment for me.
Did the OP mean ‘set up’ as in set up for a blind date? I thought he meant ‘set up’ to be beaten, robbed and humiliated. I didn’t understand why he would even contemplate it.
