# If you got the Sunday San Francisco Chronicle today, can  you answer me this?

Look at your sports section. Thank you.

Are there any advertisements in the entire sports section other than ads for the newspaper itself?

It’s entirely possible that there are NO ads in the section, but it seems hard to believe.

I know that sports sections of newspapers in general aren’t the hottest venue for ads .

Then you’ve never seen the Atlanta Journal/Constitution.

The sports pages are full of male-oriented ads: cars and massage parlors mostly.

You left out nudie bars. You can’t leave out nudie bars.

Those are on the movie guide in the Chron. Nude is mainstream theater fare in the tourist areas along Columbus. Carol Doda’s etc.

Doesn’t that detract from the dancers?
