I’m torn. I’m healthy enough now that I wouldn’t mind staying as I am for quite some time. But the future might be wonderful, with lots to look forward to, or it might be a miserable apocalyptic dystopia. I might continue to enjoy life, or I might get really tired of it. I might be able to earn a decent living in the World of the Future, or I might be useless and superfluous. ---

I’ll take it. My current physical condition is bearable. I’ve already outlived the majority of my family (just buried another one yesterday, in fact) so I no longer fear experiencing that, and I still love life. Also, while I’ll still have my allergies I will no longer fear that they will _kill_ me. So… bonus! ---

Does Viagra work? 😛 Healthwise, yes. I’m in pretty good shape for 66. If the things wrong with me now don’t get worse, it would be all good. And I have enough money to probably make it, though Social Security would be really pissed at me. And I’d get all the books I own read. Maybe. But I’m too pessimistic about the future to want to stick around to see it. Lots of climate change disasters are scheduled long after I’m likely to be dead, which is the way I want it. And I don’t want to watch my wife age without me aging too, or watch several more partners age too. ---

OK, so I’ll need to clarify: 1. I have a hurt foot which is healing too slowly, but it is healing. Will it stay in the current pain the whole 100, or will it heal at the current rate? 2. Ditto losing weight. Can I continue as I am now, slowly but surely, or will I have to stay the weight I am today? 3. I get migraines and cluster headaches now and then, but I don’t have one today. Will they continue occurring at the current rate, or will I never have another one? 4. Is it 100 years starting now, or an extra 100 starting at 80 or whenever I would otherwise have died? ---

Could I still get pregnant? I don’t have kids, so yes if I could reproduce, no if I couldn’t. An extra hundred years would be pretty sweet, but not at the expense of never having children. ---

A hundred years of eating all the ice cream I want and never exercising? Hell, yeah. I would love to see how things turn out in a hundred years. On the other hand, what happens if I am forced to retire? No one will hire a 139-year old! My current retirement account won’t last a hundred extra years. I’ll still take the offer though. I could always get fake IDs or something. ---

I’m not thrilled about being fat for 100 years and I’m not thrilled about my wife aging while i stay young. Of course she wouldn’t take the deal because she’s knocked up and there is no way she’d want to stay pregnant for 100 years. Over all though i think the deal is too to pass up on, any way you’d come back in 6 months and offer again? ---

How could anyone not in constant pain say no to this? I can eat pizza all day, and ice cream all night. I don’t need to sleep. There’s no point in going to the gym. I can hang glide down cliffs, swim with sharks, mouth off to Mike Tyson, all without fear of injury. And I get an extra hundred years. There are a lot of things I would like to change about my body, but I really can’t see a downside to this. ---
