Huh. A lot of the things that make me unique are also really personal. I could do: Ask the Database Administrator for large E commerce websites. Ask the journeyman electrician. Ask the C# programmer. Ask the Chemical engineer. Ask the Dad of a REALLY ADHD kid, who seems to be coming through ok. Ask the Dad of a Video game addict. (Not the ADHD one) ---

I’ve been seriously considering starting an Ask the (ex) Jehovah’s Witness thread, but I don’t know if there’d be enough interest. Can’t really think of any others that haven’t been covered already. ---

A lot of these sound really interesting. I guess I’m fairly boring, I would only be able to do: Ask the (former) Vegas cocktail waitress Ask the 30ish year old woman who has no interest in marriage/kids. I’ve been going back and forth on whether to post here in more detail. I guess I don’t really have anything to lose, and I confess, I’d like to be interesting enough to warrant a thread, and this is the only way to find out. Possible qualifications for an “ask the…” thread: - chronically ill (lyme disease) from age 17 to present (I’m going to be 24 in late April), on IV antibiotics - recovering from a personality disorder (not one of the more interesting ones, sadly, just schizoid) - I’m not sure how to put this. I’m rather odd. Among other things, it would be safe to say that my appearance is entirely unconventional: colorful shirts, long skirts and striped socks; don’t wear make-up. It feels normal to me, but a lot of people seem to find it note-worthy, so I thought I’d throw it out there. ---
