I got absolutely destroyed today. Not one category. Three of four for yellow and couldn’t get the last one, though slapped my head when I saw it. In my defense,it is 2:45 am here. ---

I got Blue quickly today but then got stumped for a while. Like @pulykamell, I got 3 of the Yellow and FINALLY figured out the fourth when I used the alternate pronunciation for ‘Entrance’. When I was down to 8 boxes, I got Green fairly quickly. I wouldn’t ever have gotten Purple, as I’m not familiar with the ‘clapping song’. And I raised 3 kids. ---

Lost today breaking a 27 day streak. Was down to 8 and knew three, but couldn’t see the fourth. One of the groups I had no idea, still don’t after seeing the solution. ---

Today I bit on a red herring POCKET FLY BUTTONS RIVET as things found on jeans which earned me a rainbow of shame. Did get things sorted out eventually, though as with others purple was just the leftovers for me today. ---

I didn’t get purple until it was the last group left (after it finally occurred to me that hospitals have wings). Man, does _that_ take me back - I haven’t heard that one since the 1970’s. ---

I kicked myself because I _did_ know the Mary Mack song when I was a kid. And when I was free-associating on the words, Mary Mack actually crossed my mind. But I abandoned that train of thought when nothing else fit MARY \_\_\_\_. I didn’t think any further into the song. ---

Agree wholeheartedly! First 3 categories were extremely easy, I thought. Got all of them in less than a minute. Looked at the last four clues for a short time to try to figure out the commonality and had absolutely no idea. ---

Today I solved Purple first, a rarity for me. ‘Monty’ made me think of the category, and the other three fell right into place. Blue was my default category today and it seemed a bit obscure, at least to me.
