A couple questions: If the plan stays the same, it’s grandfathered in, right? If the plan changes, then it’s no longer the “your plan” that you liked, right? ---

It is inconsistent with the President’s promise to force companies to cease offering plans because they don’t meet the standards. Whether or not this is good policy is a valid question. I say it is not, because we can’t bend the health care cost curve if we force insurance to cover more. ---

What that lying basket HUSSEIN said is a simplistic answer to a complex and nuanced question. There is no way that you can reach a meaningful answer, And more to the point It doesn’t matter It won’t change anything, it won’t have any impact whatsoever on anyone’s opinion, it won’t change re-election chances. As much as there are a lot of fun but meaningless discussions here on the dope, this one is more meaningless than most. ---
