# If your a web site you go to is down, is there a place to find out what's wrong?

I use a newsgroup service called [news.astraweb.com](http://news.astraweb.com) for my news groups and it’s been down all day (including their site). I just want to know what’s wrong. I’ve wanted to do this in the past but never knew if there was a place to go to report it.
