I was moved to post this poll partly for the stunning realization (stunning to-me, as a younger brother): in a family with an older and younger sibling and a dog, two members of that family will constantly be given noogies, and one will actually like it. [hijack] I wonder what they call noogies in other languages. Do they do it? When foreigners saw _Back to the Future_, where they incredulous when Biff gave one? [/hijack] ---

No, there’s no broader meaning to the word. **Leo Bloom** just used it to be provocative. Notice the much tamer question for the actual poll, “Almost every spot on a dog is good to scritch–which spots are tried and true ones for yours?” ---

Female dogs DO have a clitoris. An actual, working, sexual organ that provides orgasms. Same idea as human ones, same bundle of nerves as a penis, just undeveloped in the female. So I’ll just hang out over here, imagining the OP’s dog with a penis growing out of his head.
