You can post this type of thing to your heart’s content in [ATMB](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=2)

And a tip for long posts - copy them to the clipboard (select all then ctrl-c) before you press submit. That we’ve learned because of the slowness of the boards.
