We got a bunch of office chairs from them and they didn’t hold up at all. They seemed heavy duty, but there it didn’t take long for problems to emerge. Spring mattress was bad in a year. Other things have been better. I think they are better for things that are static. Once there is a moving part like a drawer or a door or a wheel you are asking for trouble. And their kitchenware is crap. Thin pans that look like they will bend, flimsy spatulas. It’s as if everything was designed for a strange race of slender and fit people, not regular humans. ---
