But contrary to common belief, that is not “bigotry” but about the beliefs someone holds, just as I would be very dubious of someone who is a flat earther or “Austrian” economist. OTOH courageous ex-Muslim Sarah Haider, who is the same ethnicity as her Muslim relatives, is one of my favorite people on the planet. ---

And with your proven unwillingness to learn, you probably never will understand them. Racism and bigotry don’t require hate. It’s entirely possible to be racist and still like or love certain black people (or even black people as a whole, as some Confederates claimed). You’re a racist and a bigot. That you’re not hateful doesn’t excuse your racism and bigotry. It takes a lot more than a lack of hatred to be on the right side of these issues. And none of this excuses your insistence that rumor and innuendo about a politician you dislike are anything more than that. ---
