"I'll be burnin' rubber you'll be kissin' my ennnz"

I’ve only heard a censored version of that song once… it was used in a commercial and the lyrics were “I see you baby/ Shaking that thang”. I guess they changed it for the commercial.

On a related note, the song Atom Bomb was used on the videogame Wipeout XL. The game used an instrumental version, but the soundtrack- and the version of the song played on MTV changed the lyrics from “Baby got an atom bomb/ A motherfuckin’ atom bomb” to “Baby got an atom bomb/ ________ atom bomb.” The size of the gap from the dropped lyrics was quite funny, it totally threw off the rythm.

Here in Boston, unless it’s a VERY subtle edit, she says “ass”, at least when they play the song on the local KISS station. And that’s at any time of day, too. I didn’t even know there was a radio edit of this song.

And the Jay-Z radio edit is news to me, although, in retrospect, it does make much more sense.

A Snoop Doggy Dogg lyric was altered (big surprise, eh?)

It was:

Rollin’ down the street, smokin’ endos
Sippin’ on gin and juice

When played on the radio, the word “endos” was replaced with a sound effect of someone inhaling.
