Yahoo! had a recap of “The Top 5 Bizarre news events of 2010”, and one entry started…

“The Chilean miners: It’s unfortunately a common occurrence for miners to get trapped underground–but it’s unheard of for their captivity to result in so many happy endings.”

All I could think of was – well, DUH, their wives and mistresses were waiting for them the whole time!
