I don’t use my sig very often. Sometimes I post it if it’s in a thread about reading or books.

Mostly I just forget to check the “Show your signature” box before submitting.

I swear I did _not_ do that on purpose. Stupid “preview” automatically unchecking the signature box.

I rotate the quote portion periodically, but the rest is fairly constant.
