I guess, altho Russia is such a mess right now I doubt they’re more than an afterthought.

Also, Mitsubishi has a minority stake in a Pugeot/Citroen plant in Russia. Apparently they build the Pajero there. (Fun fact: The Pajero was renamed to “Montero” in North America after someone found out that “pajero” means “I masturbate” in Spanish :smack: It’s still sold as the Pajero in other parts of the world.)

You were in Wixom. The old assembly plant has been gone for a couple of years, it was sold to a scrapper basically for nothing, they demolished the buildings and sold the scrap. I was only there a couple of times myself, but it really hurt the economy in the area, when it shut down. Are you a Ford guy?

Wixom is it, and yes, I am a Ford guy. I’ve been in China for the last four years, and so I knew about the sale but didn’t know what was happening with the property.

Upon further review, it looks like it’s equivalent to the British insult “wanker.” Surprisingly, I can’t think of any American-English version of the insult.
