# Illustration for Q-tip column

Was there originally another question answered in this column? I can’t figure out the right half of Slug’s drawing at all.

I looked in the 1988 _More of the Straight Dope_ book. It showed no other question.

That doesn’t mean there wasn’t one in the original column.

Of course, Slug is a mutant. There’s no logic to what he draws.

Well, only his logic.

There IS logic. If you look at the question, it mentions “slugs:”

The illustration shows a baby with Q-Tips in his ears, a slug, and a geoduck, as in the slug column.
