# I'm a homeowner!

The prices are dropping, so my husband and I decided to join the property ladder. It felt like we were chucking money down the drain renting. We viewed a few properties but fell in love with only one. I attempted to play it cool it front of the owner. I think I did quite well.

We put in an offer on Saturday, and today he accepted. £7000 under the asking price too.

The house it beautiful. And it’s in the village next to the one I grew up in. I’m so excited! I just had to share.

Yep! Got married in April.
