They contain: Vitamin A 100% USRDA Vitamin C 500% Vitamin D 50% (Why only 50%? Why not cut back on the b6 and bring this up?) Vitamin E 333% (50% the Number of the beast.) Vitamin K 75mcg (mcg?) Vitamin B1 2,000% (I’m way ahead of the curve here.) Vitamin B2 1,764% Niacin 150% Vitamin B6 1,500% Folic acid 100% Vitamin B12 500% Biotin 83% (again why 83% why not 100? Pantothenic acid 300% Calcium 20% (just laziness) Iodine 100% Magnesium 25% Zinc 166% Selenium 100 mcg Copper 100% Manganese 5 mg Chromium 50 mcg Chloride 28 mg Potassium 30 mg (why do I think this is really just Potassium Chloride?) Silica 10 mcg (Isn’t this the stuff you’re not supposed to eat?) On top of that Mega Men has the following “male components.” Choline 10 mg Inositol 10mg para-Aminobenzoic Acid 10 mg Citrus Bioflavanoids Complex 25 mg (Fuckin’ A!) Damiana Leaf Powder (Turnera Aphrodisiaca) 70 mg (I know what this is for!) Korean Ginseng Root Powder 70 mg Oat Straw 70 mg (???) Deodorized garlic powder 50 mg Oyster extract 50 mg Prostate Glandular 50 mg (I’m not sure I wanna know where they got this from) Saw Palmetto Berries Powder 50 mg L-Cystine 50 mg Nettles Leaf Powder 30 mg Pumpkin Seed Meal 30 mg (a crucial component of my daily intake) L-Methionine 10 mg alpha Lipoic acid 5 mg Lycopene 1 mg Mega Men is also “timed release” so I maintain my Meganess all day long without those disconcerting highs and lows. It alos has the patented “NutraSeal” freshness coating. These vitamins are “High potency” of course. Just like me. I don’t know how the rest of you idiots make it through the day without your citrus bioflavinoid complexes, but, you have my pity. ---

Yeah, but what COLOR Mega Man are you? If you get the Red Mega Man, the Blue Mega Man, the Yellow Mega Man and the Green Mega Man, you can put them together and make Super Mega Mega Man!!! ---
