When the boards became subscription-based, as a gesture of good faith toward the folks who had gotten addict…I mean, the folks who had been been around for awhile already, The Reader offered a special title and a cheaper price point to those who subscribed by a certain date. Of course that meant that scrubs like me, who happened to discover the dope just before it wasn’t free anymore, enjoy the same perks (reserved parking places, ritual virgin sacrifices) as the truly old farts. 😉 A person’s joining date is the only real way to know how long they’ve been around. ---
