# I'm an elite International Executive???

Okay, as many of you know, I’m a university student in Film and Video. Here’s part of an e-mail that I just received:

_Dear Candidate,  
You were recently selected by The Office of the Managing  
Director for a free listing on The International Executive  
Who’s Who._

Sweet! No more paper routes for me, I’m going to be an executive. I guess my reputation proceeds me.

_Our Researchers gather information from many recognized  
sources, including professional associations and societies,  
trade organizations, newspaper and magazine articles,  
professional reference publications, web presence, and  
referrals from existing members._

Geez, and I haven’t even appeared in hardly any of these. I’ve been in the newspaper for a play, and I guess I am on the net quite a bit. Just not usually on Executive sites _ahem_

_As a highly respected professional in your field of  
expertise, we believe your contributions merit very  
serious consideration for inclusion on The International  
Executive Who’s Who. To maintain the highest  
level of accuracy, we ask you fill out the brief bit of  
information below required for inclusion._

Hmmm, I didn’t know I was highly respected, but it’s always nice when people like you. Thanks all of you other executives out there.  
And I don’t even have to pay for this wonderful, accurate service? All I have to do is fill out this form? Count me in!  
But here’s a question. What should be the name of my company? Any ideas?
