**jsgoddess** , your inner bitch may want to reflect on the fact that your neighbors’ new pool, combined with the right chemicals, will offer ample opportunity for you to see them turn blue, or almost any other color you can name. Remember, though, if your neighbors _have_ been dyed a delicate, robin’s-egg hue, that it’s only polite…not to notice. ---

Have your neighbors carried through on their promises, are you still in limbo, did you write nasty words on their laugh with weed killer? (No, I don’t have a life, that why I need to read about others.) ---

They’ve bought us a couple of lilacs. Neighbor lady says now that she told them they weren’t allowed to go in the back way because our backyards are damp (there’s a natural spring in a neighboring yard). There’s some fencing material back there, but the ground hasn’t been regraded (or whatever you’d call it) yet. And that’s all the news! No weedkiller words or mysterious dyes in the pool have occured. 😃 ---

Conceivably, isn’t it even possible for a tenant to sue the landlord for trespass if the latter attempts to use or repeatedly enter the premises beyond what is required for landlordly things such as collecting rent?
