# I'm concerned for Biden's safety tomorrow

This is the second thread where you’ve posted pretty much [this exact thing](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/is-biden-being-foolish-to-insist-on-an-outdoor-inaguration/930539/25).

A President (and a Vice-President) getting assassinated is _ **certainly** _ something to fear. Even if it is true that it would not mean that a Republican would suddenly become President, such a violent act would be a horrible thing, and not treated as cavalierly as you seem to be doing.
