Do you have your Series 7 and 66? If you haven’t got 'em, start studying. The exams aren’t hard, but they’re not easy either. Also, are they giving you a salary, or comission only? Look out if it’s commission. Also, are all your clients walk-in types or do you have to go fetch them yourself? ---

I do not. I’m getting trained in all those matters. I also get a salary, but the salary goes away over time as the commission (hopefully) goes up. Leads come from the tax side of H&R. I get the book of clients from the guy that referred me in two years when he retires. ---
