I respect the impulse that makes people say they would want to go and see it for themselves, but I think that if you did take the trip, you’d spend most of your hour doing some combination of screaming, crying, and vomiting. It wouldn’t be much of a walking tour.
I don’t think there are many of these back in time (but invulnerable) scenarios that I’d take a pass on. This particular one is pretty unappealing, but it’s still a chance to view history in person. I’d go.
The trip should be made mandatory, at least once for every adult, beginning three months before elections, at least nationally, in every country that holds them.
