Well no wonder. Conference calls require ending every word with a long ‘aaaacckkk’ !
Every once in a while someones decides it would be a good idea to provide a free lunch for people having to attend one of my departmental meetings. Nice of them, but they only do it for those who are sitting in the conference room at head quarters. The rest of us in the field, on a con-call, have to try to hear things over the rustle of potato chip bags and then go buy our own lunches afterwards. Gee thanks.
