While my SO would look GREAT in eyeliner and all that I can tell it will be a cold day in Hell before he ever wears anything like that! He is a simple guy. I will have him wear a jacket and look more like Brad; he can handle that. 🙂 Oh, and the gold hotpants! I laugh to think about it. 😃 Anyway, he is not blond. ---

If it’s anything like the last time I saw it, your local Rocky troupe will have their own style because the established customs have become old hat. This particular troupe had all been to hundreds of Rocky showings, so they knew the entire script by heart. My troupe made first timers form a conga line and hump each other. I fell asleep during the movie, so the next time I went, they made me do the conga line again. Yes, they remembered. The troupe members mainly roamed around the audience and shouted their own setup lines for the movie characters to answer, like “What do you call Jesse Helms’s birth?” Movie: “An accident.” Other troupies will dress as the movie characters and mimic them on stage, with some variations. I remember one guy on stage who shadow boxed Susan Sarandon’s boob when she sang in her bra. About the only “real” custom they did was the underwear run. I remember a few old-timers there with squirt guns and raincoats, but the troupe didn’t observe that particular ritual. ---
