I have difficulty getting inside the head of people like the evil brother without a lobotomy, but I will try. Here’s why I think things might be OK for you.

First, he’ll have to tell his buddies why they need to beat the crap out of you. Because you got the best of him. Will his testosterone and “live by the sword” attitude allow him to make that admission?

Second, if he has any positive feelings for his sister at all, he may appreciate you standing up for her in some small, face-saving way. “Dude, if it had been anybody else, I wudda killed 'em with a fingernail, but you was standing up for Janie.”

Third, he may have been blowing off steam.

In any case, the police are aware of what’s going on. If he does do something stupid, he will end up where he apparently belongs.

This is not a good plan for \*\* Anal Scurvy\*\*.

I-24 is a route the Angels use often, & Murfreesboro is a “stopover” area. Bike repair shops, et al.

Life is too short for this sort of nonsense. Your girlfriend is actively part of a violent family. She and her family have resulted in you getting in a mess. She doesn’t want to live with you anyway. Lose the girlfriend and walk away from this mess.

Jesus Christ! I know the Hell’s Angels are bad news, but do you really think they’re gonna put an “APB” out on you for a fight with a two-bit punk who hits his sister? My guess is that he’s full of shit and you have nothing to worry about except him. The father sounds like a lame SOB to me. Sorry you have to be in the middle of this, dude.

**Evil One** nothing keeps the dipshit brother from making up a story. He probably won’t admit to hitting his sister but will claim that **Anal** beat and raped his sister.

**Anal** It sounds to me like the gf’s life was pretty much in a shambles before this took place. Now at least she has to do \*something{/I] other than sit back and take this crap.

Plus I would say that since nothing happened the first night, like a few housr later, is a really good sign. Not that you should relax completly but these things tend to be crimes of passion. Probably after things settle down dad will let her back in the house. Maybe he should pull his head out of his ass and kick out the brother.

IANA-HA (Hell’s Angel) - But sorry to say my uncle (56 years old) has been in a biker club the majority of his life. They show up to picnic’s et al and are generally nice people. But one thing I know is this: You hit a brother, and _ **they** _ come back and stomp you silly, if not into the grave.  
I hope you are not in the southwest.

Lose the girl-friend as well, but after this blows over, as right now, she is most likely your only salvation.

I dunno, Antiquarian…clubbers are pretty much into guns. They respect that (and winning a fight) more than fists. I know these types of people pretty well. I don’t think they’re going to send thirty bikers over to rub the Scurvster out, but a couple of them will probably beat the crap out of him.

A friend of mine was working for the president of a bike club and she “misappropriated” some funds. She now resides in another state far, far away. At his request.

I’d leave town.

Okay, I’m upset that everyone’s telling me to dump my girlfriend. We’ve been having troubles lately and I’m not surprised that she said she doesn’t want to move in with me, this isn’t exactly a romantic or even desirable catalyst for domestic union. She’s really upset right now and no two sentences that she’s uttered have been similar. Who knows whats going to happen?

We do love each other, I’m not just sticking around because of guilty feelings.

We’re getting ready to go to her house in an hour to collect some stuff.

The goods news is we’ve calmed down a great deal since last night. What a difference sleep makes.

**Kalhoun** - I only base my post on my uncle, who as I said is in his 50’s as are most of his biker buddies. I guess they are old school bikers.

**Anal** - you may have had a good night sleep, but your problem still exists. Unless you were in some sort of altered state last night and were wigging out for no reason, I’d say you still have quite the pickle on your hands.

Anal Scurvy (I feel so strange typing that), I am going to put my good advice hat on now. I’ve been around a few nasty situations (just a psychotic convicted sex offender, not a psychotic Hell’s Angel.) Here goes:

-Put a real lock and deadbolt on your door.  
-Carry pepperspray, if it’s legal, for you and the girlfriend. You can kick his butt, but I bet he has friends.  
-Call the cops again if anything odd happens. If you’re still really panicky, call the cops again. Seeing as this dude threatened to kill you, you have a right to be frightened.  
-Carry a cell phone with useful phone numbers on it.  
-Surround yourself with several large scary friends.  
-Stay away from her house if there is any chance that psychobrother will be there.  
-Calm down and relax as much as possible. This is very important. Now that you’ve done everything you can do, chill and enjoy life.

After that, get some counseling for the girlfriend.

Life can be pretty frikkin’ weird… one minute you’re minding your own business and in the next everything goes to hell in a handbasket.

I think you showed a fair amount of restraint but unfortunately you’re dealing with an idiot who’s widdle feewings got hurt.

I’d tell the father he needs to get the f\*ck over there and talk some sense into his fool son. He’s got about 3 compelling reasons to do so. (1) His daughter was just assualted. What kind of a Dad wouyld let that slide. (2) His son has threated an innocent who might, maybe, someday become his son-in-law. As a parent he has a duty to steer him straight. (3) What cop wants to be known throughout the force as one who’s own son is a felon?

Daddypoo needs to get off his chickenshit butt and show a little parenting.

Antiquarian, my biker friends are the same age group as your uncle. The majority of them are nice, down-to-earth guys (though usually rough around the edges). But this kid was making references to outlaw gangs. They’re a different animal altogether. That’s all’s I’m sayin’.

Umm I don’t know why no one has recommended the most obvious and intelligent solution here. Why don’t you go back the next day, when everyone has had some time to cool down, and talk to her brother? It achieves a lot of positive things. First and foremost it will show that you’re not scared of him and can face him like a man. \<\< This is probably the first way to gain respect for yourself.

Then when you get to talking you can calmly explain your situation and how you thought the blood was hers, and how you were scared for her life and that’s why you did what you did. It’s his sister. Make sure he understands that you would do it AGAIN if you felt his sister was in danger, and mean it. \<\< This is probably the second way to gain respect for yourself when he knows that you will stick up for his family even at your own detriment.

Have a little respect for yourself. People here are silly talking about going in hiding etc. etc. No one is going to come kill you for getting into a petty little fight. You will look that much better and probably solve the entire thing just by sitting down & talking man to man with this guy and of course you can appologize, maybe bring a gift with you if you truely feel sorry about it.
