Heh…😃 I’ve read a lot of threads where Dopers claim another is HOT! But this is the first one I’ve seen where someone makes this claim of themselves. Ya gotta admire that kind of confidence. BTW I’m pretty damned hot too, well most of the time.😉 ---

Fugazi, I have relations in Denver, and they always complain that when we visit we bring the heat with us. It has only snowed one time when we were visiting – and that was in the mountains on the 4th of July. But what we mean by the “wait a minute” is the way that it can be sun-shiney one minute and raining the next, or vice versa. GuanoLad, you tease. 😉 ---

I had a friend in college who used to say that Montana was the only place she’d ever lived where you could suffer from hypothermia, move 6 feet (into the sun) and suffer from heat stroke. ---

In Texas we can get 110 in the shade easy. And for ya sunburn thing: It’s not so much the weather that causes that. You got a sunburn because of the way the sun reflected off of the snow onto your friend’s feet. Snow is water; water will also magnifie it. Colorado? Psssshha. Bunch o’ sissies, ter me. ---
