Absolutely got talked into auditioning by a co-worker who’s directing the show. I haven’t been on stage in years, and I figured I’d just suck it up at the audition and there’d be a little awkwardness at work for a couple days after he picked other people. I guess I was wrong. Say hello to the new Arnie Nathan, a struggling comedy writer with a giant appetite for sex and food, possibly in that order. I read a scene with the woman that was picked to play Arnie’s wife, and there’s definitely chemistry between us. The script _Aspirin & Elephants_ by Jerry Mayer is raunchy and vulgar and all kinds of fun. Hell, if I get lucky, the Trump joke that was written in will be more poignant in March. This should be a fun ride.

I have done community theater. The bonds you make with fellow actors are forever,

Enjoy! and congratulations.
