That is so cool! [Kirby](http://www.kirby.com/) is a make of _hideously_ expensive vacuum cleaner, that doesn’t seem to be any more effective than a Hoover (the one I used wasn’t, though it did have a headlight), but with extremely dubious marketing and sales methods, that in my observation involve door-to-door “persuasion” of gullible pensioners and housewives, and high-interest installment terms over five years. ---

Ah. I have a Miele vacuum cleaner. It is red. That’s all I knew, until I saw the Trilobite, and all of a sudden I find myself staring at pictures of a vacuum cleaner. It’s strange, really. I mean, it doesn’t do 200 km/h, and it doesn’t have tits. Yet I’m attracted to it. 😃 ---

Wifecat and I are looking for a new shampoo carpet cleaner for home and I bought Consumer Reports online for a month to read what they said. Nothing about shampooers, but their vacuum section had interesting points. Basically the more expensive models aren’t worth it (Kirby and that british cyclone one). They recommend a few around $300. I saw something like this just last week. Though it didn’t go 200 km/hr (and lacked a penis, for my drawing card) it was quite zippy, making loud noises, and moving about the demo area franticly. I wanted one too and it wasn’t even half as cute as the Trilobite. ---
