Atlanta Rhythm Section always had really smooth, catch bass lines, with a nice solo on “Champagne Jam.” The B-52s had some great bass lines as well, in fact, I was kinda oblivious to the B-52s for years until one night I was driving around at night and had my car radio cranked up good and really HEARD the bass lines to “Rock Lobster.” ZZ Top has some amazingly tight bass lines as well.
