It was closed because it was an online petition drive. We consider petitions to fall either under our commercial solicitation ban or our anti-spam rules, depending on the plea. FWIW, most online petitions turn out to be hoaxes. Well intentioned hoaxes, but hoaxes just the same. Hope this clears it up for you. your humble TubaDiva Administrator ---
