When my favorite sports teams do something good, I freeze in my current position. I mean, obviously the Giants only scored a TD because of the way I was sitting. Eli and Odell had nothing to do with it.

Aich. Crickets. First time I had one singing in my room, I thought it was amusing, in a nineteenth century sort of way.
Then I discovered that the damn thing was eating my once valuable paper collectibles, and making them worthless.
I kill them on site or sound now.
Superstitions? I don’t really have any, but I do occasionally act as though I do, just in case. Sports ones, usually seem to take the form that if I’m watching, they are more likely to lose. So when the game gets tight, I turn it off.

At the beginning of baseball season I get two new caps, one regular logo, one with the alternate logo. If they lost the night before, switch hats. A good winning streak, I’m in the same hat for days.

I am not superstitious either, but going to the woods, at night, in the trunk of a car is probably bad luck.
Don’t have an issue killing crickets when I am able to find them, sleep is precious to me and they mess with it.

I’ve decided this qualifies as superstitious.
Most of us have probably worked at a place that issued company ID cards. You use them to get into a building or to access particular areas.
Tonight’s news reported a business that is implanting microchips in employees’ hands in place of an ID card. I have
No, huh-unh, no way. I don’t really believe in the Rapture, but microchipping people that way is too much like “The Mark of the Beast.”
