How about some twice-cooked, Szechuan pork, extra-spicy? (Yes, I know, some restaurants take “extra-spicy” as a personal challenge, but I can hack it.) I like it SPICY. My Mexican food, too. My friends will say to me when we’re eating out, “Are you _enjoying_ that?” because I appear to be in misery. No, no … I love it! And a cup of hot-and-sour soup, too, if it isn’t too much trouble. Is it my imagination, or have the fortunes in the fortune cookies gotten much more general and much more lame lately? ---

Well, since this is Chinese food on a message board, I guess I can go off of my diet. I’ll assume you’re going to Magic Wok on Telegraph Road, because it’s the only Chinese food in the world. 🙂 I’ll have sweet-n-sour pork with no vegetables, no gravy, and the sauce on the side; a side of crab rangoon, some sesame chicken to eat cold tomorrow, and some almond cookies. Nummy, nummy, nummy. ---

Aw geez, wish I had seen this thread yesterday! I’m just finishing up breakfast [leftover Jamaican Jerk Chicken (with fresh asparagus and mushrooms) and Coconut Prawns (appetizer) from dinner last evening]. Was more in the mood for Beef and Broccoli and a side order of Hot Wings (and maybe a bowl of Hot-n-Sour soup). ---
