I have just got to tell someone, somewhere; it is too late to call my mom and I want to wait until 12 weeks to tell my friends and my husband is just as usless and “Oh my god” as I am. That’s right baby, I’m having a baby. My second. I just took the HPT not half-an-hour ago and was shockedSHOCKED to see that little second line appear. You see, we’ve only been trying since April 12th. But I shouldn’t be surprised, we got knocked up with the first kid in the first month trying too. I just finished my last beer for the duration dammit. Oh shit I’m **pregnant**! Twiddle ---

Congrats! It’s always good news to hear that there’s a little one brewing in a lady’s vat. You do of course realize that since you told us dopers first that you’re going to have to name your child after Cecil? If it’s a boy it’ll just be plain Cecil, if it’s a girl you’ll have to name her Cecilella. ---

Thanks everyone! I’m still walking around saying “wow” every 30 seconds. Called my mom, she said “Boy you didn’t waste any time did you?” Our first kid [will only be 2.5 when this next one is born](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=259048), so right now she’s not really aware enough to have an opinion. This kid I’m sure would be honored to be named after The Straight Dope. Cecelia is a beautiful name, Cecily less so imo. Maybe I’ll just name it Dopey. 😉 We are actually thinking Charlotte if this one is a girl again (yes we’ve already discussed it.) I also like Bethany, but worry it is a fat girl’s name. And yes I do seem to be very fertile. It is unfair really for me to be so lucky, when I think about the women out there who want a baby so badly and have all kinds of problems making one. While I just kinda brush past my husband and I get pregnant. Anyway thanks for all the good wishes! ---
