Opal, ya did me a sweet favour the other day and I haven’t been able to thank you for it. (My internet service is out at home, dammit.)

Sorry to hear that you’re under the weather (a bizarre spatial metaphor if ever I heard one.)

I wish that cussed geography didn’t make it so terribly inconvenient to drop by with tea & sympathy.
