Yesterday afternoon, at work, I started to develop a stomache ache. The lab’s medicine cabinet doesn’t have Pepto, so I took some aspirin and toughed it out. By the time I got home, I was seriously sick. The stomache ache had turned into full-blown nausea and I was starting to sweat even though it’s december. I didn’t eat dinner, and I went to bed early. I woke up about half a dozen times because I was freezing or sweating or God-only-knows why. This morning I said “Dude, no way am I going to work today.” So I called in sick and now I’m sitting around the apartment watching reruns of Power Rangers on the Family Channel. Breakfast was an orange (I figured the vitamin C might help) and a cup of coffee. I find it strange that I don’t feel hungry, even though it’s been about 20 hours since I had a proper meal. I hate being sick. ---

May I join you, **Diceman**? Last Friday LilMiss had the “kinder, gentler” Lysteria cruds, and now I have it. Have been awake since 4am, in/out of the bathroom. Blech.
