I believe the “knees wound so tight” comment was referring to folks who would (presumably) have a ‘knee jerk’ reaction so strong that they’d actually hit their chins. I’m gonna again ask **Lib** everything ok?? it’s just that, well, you often (IMHO) come into mod complaint threads commenting positively (especially for **Tuba** for example). anyhow. moving on to the OP: what exactly is your preferred outcome here? If you wanted an explanation of what you did that got your thread locked, I’d have thought an email approach would satisfy that need. If you want to ultimately head a trainwreck/flameout/suicide by mod thread, you’re well on your way. ---

I haven’t read **pizzabrat’s** other threads, but I did just read the whole thread referenced in the OP. I do not think **pizzabrat** was being stupid or a jerk. Perhaps his posts were slightly insensitive and/or unseemly, but nothing struck me as out of line or seemed much different than other things I’ve seen in sex threads. However, the thread probably should have originally gone in MPSIMS since it wasn’t really much of a rant. **Otto** , would you be bitching out **pizzabrat** this hard if he was gay, and describing his frustration at listening to his hunky straight male roommate having sex with a girl? I think not. I really don’t understand why this thread stuck in the craw of so many dopers - was it a perceived anti-gay bias? Or simply because you thought it was “stupid”? I guess I never believed he was really “angry and confused”, I just (perhaps incorrectly) interpreted it as a kind of garden variety “meh, I’m sexually frustrated” post, written with what was perhaps a poor choice of words. People who really are angered and confused by gay sex … well, yeah, those people need to be enlightened. ---

I started this thread because I was up too late (I finally went to bed at dawn), angry, defeated, hurt, and groggy and the same time, and I don’t know what proper protocol is about complaining about unjust lockings.
