Making fun of weird posters who are mentally sound is one thing. JDT and Wildest Bill were extreme. But my guess is that was simply the way they were. **G Nome** - I’m curious to know why you characterise yourself as ‘dissonant’, even more so that you think it might be genetic. I can understand ‘off beat’, ‘weird’ or any number of other popular over-simplifications but you chose ‘dissonant’ – I rather infer from that there is a negative quality in the way you project yourself/are perceived (in real life) which one might term, for example, ‘unsociable’ or ‘obnoxious’. If that’s at all accurate, all of that stuff can be worked on you know…if _you_ actually want to. Perhaps you’ve got too used to the ‘dissonance’… FWIW, I guess it might be hereditary but surely the answers more usually lay in childhood experiences ? As to Para three, I might be way off and I’ll keep my own counsel aside from saying I think you better leave that and address whoever off the board, rather than go fishing for a reaction. ---

Hey, Sweetie. If **DocCathode** is correct, then I owe you an apology. I personally don’t think he is, but anything is possible. I was clinically depressed about 10 years ago. I was incapable of realizing it at the time. My friends realized it, and suggested that I take meds. There are amazing things out there that have little or no side effects. But the bad part is, _you don’t think you need medicine_. I didn’t. _right!_ Since you seem drawn to post here, even after you have threatened to quit, would you answer one question? \*\*ARE YOU TAKING MEDICATION? I’m with **DocCathode** on this one. This sounds eerily like when my best friend lost the plot a few years ago. Extreme paranoia and seemingly incoherent and disconnected thought processes are pretty straightforward symptoms of schizophrenia. Please G Nome, please go see a mental health professional. Today. It must be really freaky for you to go through this without some sort of medical support. Take care ok? ---

I certainly can’t pretend to diagnose a person online, but she really resembles most of my unmedicated schizophrenic clients. If she is schizophrenic and needs to be put on meds or have her current meds adjusted, it really is cruel to taunt her like some of you are doing. Ignore or even ban her, but you might want to reconsider being cruel. JMHO. ---

Schizophrenic or not, mentally ill or not, I do know that 'Nomer’s posts aren’t malicious. The way she writes makes her point clear to her… but a bit vague to us. Our lack of understanding makes us think that her posts are jibberish, when in fact it’s just miscommunication. I sure hope she doesn’t get banned… it’s not like she’s trying to be a nuisance or anything, she’s genuinely trying to contribute to the board, in her own occasionally-awkward-yet-well-meaning way. ---

Regardless of how my last post might be interpreted - schizo, ego, stupid - I apologise for implying that the people of NY would contrive to bomb their own city. That is not what I mean. My FBI/CIA thread should be evidence enough of that. Don’t be mad at me all the time. It makes you look like a little pack of do-it-yourself gravediggers because I what I just said. People often get mad at me for no reason especially women. That sort of treatment over the course of a lifetime led to my last post. It’s like I really am some kind of freak or I’m a normal person living in a city of freaks. Spoofe: Thank you. Aren’t you glad I don’t have a gun? I’m think I’m mutating into a Harris/Klebold hybrid. I’ve learned that to ask **G.Nome** for clarification of her posts is to ask to be insulted – sometimes viciously. I’ve also learned that to treat **G.Nome** with sympathy is to be at times insulted as well. The advice is sound and good, here – medication. See a professional. Get help, now. ---
