Assuming you mean the best all-time, rather than best current, I’ll go with Bullwinkle for both. ---

As far as kiddie cartoons go, I’d have to say the old Tom & Jerry. But the best ever made by far, The Simpsons hands down, no contest. Therealbubba ---

I can’t pick a best! Simpson’s or Dexter’s Lab…maybe Ren & Stimpy, so crude. Mainly for me, anything but Scooby Doo Anything, and Speed Racer, and anything Japanime. All evil must run from! Scary. Gotta be the Coyote. Never got the Roadrunner, but he was playing against a stacked deck. Every time he tried, the laws of physics would change. And of course, he should have sued Acme’s ass off for defective workmanship. * * * If you’re an optimist, you haven’t been paying attention. ---

The Simpsons win hands down but they are really cartoon versions of a real show. With them out of the picture. The best cartoon charachter is Daffy Duck. Bugs was good but his ego was too much in th later year. Foghorn Leghorn and Yosemite Sam are always good for yucks The worst is Pepe LePue (sp??) ---

Gargoyles was brilliantly done, one of the best series I have ever seen. X-men, Spiderman, Batman, NOT Superman, he sucks! are also good cartoons.IMHO. ---

How about a more realistic Bugs Bunny: Elmer Fudd is wandering through the forest, following some animal footprints. He is carrying a double-barrel shotgun. Fudd: “Shhh! Be vewwy vewwy quiet! I’m hunting wabbits. Huh-uh-uh-uh-uh!” Bugs Bunny pops out of his rabbit hole, chewing on a carrot, and approaches Fudd from behind. Bugs: “What’s up, doc?” Fudd: “I’m hunting a wascawwy wabbit!” Bugs: “Does he have long ears, like THIS?” (shows his ears) Fudd: “Uh huh.” Bugs: “And a fluffy tail, like THIS?” (shows his tail) Fudd: “Uh huh.” Bugs: “Erm … nope, I haven’t seen him. So long, doc!” (walks away) Fudd: “Hey … you know? I’ll bet that guy was the wabbit!” Bugs: “THAT’S RIGHT! That’s the sixty-four dollar question!” (smooched Fudd forcefully, then runs away) Fudd: “Why you scwewy wabbit!” Elmer Fudd takes aim with his double-barrel shotgun and pulls the trigger for the long-range barrel. The gun makes an ear-damagingly loud **BANG!**. Bugs, who has run away so that he is right in front of a distant tree, is suddenly splayed with blackened buckshot holes. The tree in front of him is spalled with more buckshot holes and rabbit blood. Bugs: **AAAAH! OH GOD, I’M HIT! OH GOD! OH GOD, IT HURTS!!** Fudd approaches the scene confidently, his double-barrelled shotgun temporarily lowered. Bugs: **I CAN’T FEEL MY LEGS! I CAN’T FEEL MY LEGS! OH GOD I DON’T WANNA DIE!!** Fudd stands before the wounded rabbit and smugly raises his shotgun, pointing it at Bugs’ head. Bugs looks up the barrel with horror. Bugs: **OH GOD, NO!!!** Fudd pulls the second trigger and blasts Bugs’ head off with his shotgun’s short-range barrel. There are bits of rabbit brains and skull everywhere. Bugs’ headless body slumps lifeless to the ground as rigor mortis starts to set in. Fudd: Good widdance! * * * I’m not flying fast, just orbiting low. ---

The Herculoids’ dragon (“Zok”) could shoot laser beams from the tip of its tail, too. Of course, everyone knows the REAL stars of that show were Gloop and Gleep. * * * I’m not flying fast, just orbiting low. ---
