how does one improve their circulation?

i’m asking this because no matter what weight I am at, what I am wearing, what I eat, what meds I am on, where I am in my menstrual cycle… my hands can become freezing to the point where it’s impossible to type… and my feet can become so cold they go numb.
I imagine there are herbal remedies.
Anything else I can try?
thanks

I would respectfully suggest seeing a doctor. Poor circulation is a symptom of some of the nastier health conditions, some of which are life-threatening.
