# In 2004, Gonzalez (as WH counsel) & DOJ targeted Edwards contributors

Oh, dear god. This man is leader of the free world and (some) people still support him? I had not realized that he had said that. True, it was some time ago, but itseems to point to a certain mentality. Is this what happens to perpetual frat boys when they get older–they just age, yet remain at the same maturity level (and I’m doing some frat boys a real disservice there-most are MORE mature). I don’t believe that Bush really wants to be a dictator, but to treat our system of government so cavalierly shows a lack of respect for that Gment. What a tool. But we already knew that.

**Tucker** –they do seem to exemplify Murphy’s Law run amok, don’t they? If the problems weren’t so painful and serious, it’d by funny as hell.  
Forget the indictments-can we throw him a duck pond or tar and feather him?

Didn’t he also say that God had called him to be POTUS? Do I remember that correctly?
