If I have the option to input my own current romantic status on some website or boring email forward or whatever rather than having to pick from a list, I usually fill it in as “head over heels”. Mushy, but it’s appropriate. 🙂 If I’m doing introductions IRL, I’ll usually call him either my co-mortgagee or The Boy - as in, " This is [name], The Boy". (and I bet you all thought it was just one of those annoying Doper SO nicknames) ---

I like “spoken for.” Also: She and I are just friends. We just live together, go out on dates, have sex with each other exclusively, and would be really pissed if either did those things with anyone else. But just friends. ---
