For some reason reality TV is always popular, and even though it’s foreign, you have to bear in mind that President Factor 2008 has a budget of billions and gives the winner quite a big prize. Plus which it’s always fun to watch a contender get kicked out (dashing the hopes of millions) because they’ve fluffed their carefully memorized line on abortion, or howled at the wrong time, or talked about arugola too much, or whatever.

When it’s nearer the time, I’ll invariably get emotionally invested and post things like ‘this affects the WHOLE WORLD Americans!’…although probably not on here, because I can imagine the response.
