Btw Spooje and anyone who suffers from anxiety (including socially-related anxiety) problems, you should know that if they are disruptive to the way you want to live your life, there is medication available. I was on Buspar (anti-anxiety) for a while but personally found it did _nothing_ for me so I eventually just stopped taking them. (However, other people I know have had success with Buspar.) Also, my problems don’t normally interfere with my life so I don’t feel the need to take medication. But anyone who does feel as though they have anxiety problems which do interfere with their lives – and I’m only talking about people whose problems go beyond normal quietness and introversion – then get yourself a referral to a psychiatrist.
