That is a completely undeserved compliment.
She looks much worse than that. Or maybe it is just her insides leaking into her appearance. She’s absolutely vile.
I literally looked up pictures of Miss Trunchbull and you’re right. Minister Faber looks much worse: like an older Miss Trunchbull, her face weathered away by the bile she spews. I think she would be thrilled with my compliment and I genuinely think this is the look she is going for, incl cosplaying Eva Braun

She’s a viper—all the more dangerous because she plays the game so well. I got a bad feeling about all this.
