Therefore, if you criticize or marginalize him for his many sins of greed and lust and avarice, you’re just playing into the hands of the devil. ---

Love the sinner, hate the sin. This sounds like textbook good Christianity to me. It’s treating him any differently than any other sinner that’s problematic. ---
