But þen you could enð up mißing a few consonants, too. (The OP looks like a bastard child of Vietnamese and Spanish, IMO)

I can do that, but not with the fonts available here for posting. ☹  
For Mac OSX users:

- go Finder -\> Edit -\> Special Characters

- in the Character Palette, select view: unicode

- under unicode blocks, select “combining diacritical marks,” then select the umlaut to see the font collections that will let you combine an umlaut with any letter
