However, I’m pretty sure if I wrote a check for _one and twenty_, the bean counters at my local bank might be inclined to think WTF? Also, there still seems to be a general difference for the use of “and” between Americans and Brits. From your own linked article “and” is what Brits do. Not using and is an American thing. I was with the same bank for 15 years without any problems until it went bankrupt and taken over by Chase. Chase’s telephone system didn’t recognize my account and the local Chase people couldn’t help because of their privacy policy, so I switched banks. ---

I finally closed all my BOA accounts last week. After years of them fucking everything up, it took weeks to get all my direct deposit and autopay stuff transferred but I’m FINALLY FREE!!! ---

I would rather ask a crack addict to hold my cash because he probably wouldn’t steal as much of it as you do.” No, I didn’t actually say that part about the crack addict.
